Today I found out that an initiative I spent a good amount of time working on is on track to sell $50MM in one year. This is one of the first that I was involved in from inception to launch and seeing it have such success is evidence that I have the capacity to do well in business.

It starts with the customer. Understanding who you are trying to delight is at the forefront of meeting sales goals. You have to find ways to use resources to deliver the business. We did this by bringing over a product that was being used in other regional markets, but not yet in North America.

Winning is the best when it is not subjective. A clear cut success is the best validation for a great effort.
